Experience Matters
Every candidate must have at least six months of continuous experience in their dedicated role—not just a few agency shifts here and there. We also verify a full 10-year work history to ensure reliability and professionalism.

Quality Training
Every staff member goes through a comprehensive induction, both online and practical, led by our accredited in-house trainer. This guarantees that every recruit meets the highest standards of care.
Thorough Referencing
We collect two professional references with verified experience in care, plus two character references, to ensure every candidate is who they say they are.
Beyond the CV
All candidates are required to complete a comprehensive pre-screening questionnaire as part of the application process. This allows us to evaluate not only their skills and qualifications but also their personality, traits, and overall outlook. By gaining a more holistic understanding of each applicant, we can better identify individuals who align with our values and culture, ensuring a strong fit before advancing to the next stage.
Skill Testing
We assess fundamental English and math skills through targeted evaluations, including scenario-based testing, to ensure candidates demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and practical understanding in real-world contexts.
Up-To-Date Compliance
All staff members undergo thorough new and enhanced DBS checks for both adults and children, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of safety and safeguarding. Additionally, we conduct right-to-work (RTW) verification for all candidates to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process.
Ongoing Development
We offer annual refresher training to ensure our staff remains up to date and continues to deliver care at the highest standard. Training is available both online and in person, providing flexibility to meet individual needs. Additionally, we offer access to over 200 courses designed to enhance and expand our staff’s knowledge and skills, supporting their continuous professional development.
